The RRS-3 AKD-6 single-application remote racking system (RRS) for General Electric Type AKR air circuit breakers allows remote install and removal from a distance of as much as 300 ft. while remaining outside the arc-flash boundary. Installation and operation are said to not require any modifications to the existing electrical equipment.
