An information-packed Automation Fair 2014 (the 23rd in a series of annual events) kicked off today at the Anaheim Convention Center, in Anaheim, CA.

More than 9000 registrants from around the globe attended day one of this year’s fair, presented by Rockwell Automation and members of its PartnerNetwork program. Many of the attendees arrived early in Anaheim to participate in the annual Rockwell Automation Process Solutions User Group (PSUG) meeting on Nov. 17 and 18.

According to Rockwell Automation, it designed Automation Fair to help improve attendees’ innovation, productivity and collaboration through discussions, technical education sessions and hands-on labs. This year’s event continues through Nov. 20, with over 140 exhibitors, including PartnerNetwork members, universities and industry media. Exhibits in Anaheim are highlighting a wealth of advanced power, control and information solutions that secure shared information with suppliers and consumers across processes and facilities.
