Seifert SoliTherm thermoelectric coolers use the Peltier Effect for closed-loop cooling.
The only moving parts are axial fans. The units can reportedly be mounted in almost every position (except roof mounting) as they have no compressor or moving parts aside from the fans. Cooling capacities range from 170 to 680 Btu/hr. (50 W to 200 W) with operating temperature from -4 F to 149 F.
